Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.5 Additional Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times. This means withdrawals are only possible after betting 10 times the bonus amount.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Any bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
- Participation in certain games using bonus funds may be restricted.
- If misuse of a bonus is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
5.3 VIP Program
The 9wicketpro VIP Program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Each tier comes with additional benefits and opportunities.
Gaming and Betting Rules
All players on 9wicketpro must follow the platform's gaming rules. All games are conducted fairly and transparently.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed when the game loads. 9wicketpro reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error in a game or system causes a result to be uncertain, 9wicketpro reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.
